Also, some good countries: voted (12 points) the most variably (since 2003-2011): ISRAEL: 8 countries in 9 shows, FINLAND => 7/8, ESTONIA => 7/9, MALTA => 7/8, POLAND => 7/9, and even RUSSIA => 7/9 and UKRAIN => 7/9. Some statistics to the so called "Neighbourvoting" (changed a lot since the Jury voting is back in 2009), cons. 12 points (since 2003): CYPRUS => 100% Greece, Moldova => 100% Romania (*once not because Romania wasn't in the final), AZERBAIJAN => 100% Turkey (again *), ANDORRA => 85% Spain, ICELAND, NORWAY & DENMARK => 80% to Scandinavian Country, TURKEY => 100% AZERBAIJAN (since they are in the show), ANDORRA => 85% Spain and so on and so on. The Scandinavia Block is worst though!

@poertjt2 Those countires (Norway, Iceland, Sweden & Denmark) ALWAYS give their 8 - 10 - 12 points to each other (with sometimes an exception of course) but if you check it, the last years they always gave those points to each other :) Go ahead and check it with all the videos that can be found of the last years :D there's a lil more variation in the eastern countries.
