  • @fsx767 Awesome! Stay tuned for more.

  • @danieldelaney for sure :-)

  • I love this idea, Daniel! Bring on the cheese!

(Especially goat cheese, which is my favourite :-)

  • @umbalaba Yum! I had an amazing goat feta recently from Australia. So good.

  • Oh man, my favorite topic...CHEESE! I've always wanted to be in the cheese of the month club (I'm a dork) because I love trying new cheeses, especially paired with wine, and even cooking with it. Great topic and great sponsor!

  • @luissandovaljr Boom! Good. You'll like this then. Stay tuned.

  • Cheese maybe the greatest thing to come of edible creations ever i.m.o. I have yet to try every kind of cheese and doubt I'll ever get to all of them but I'm going to have a good time getting there. Looking forward to the rest of this segment.

  • @bigophil Thanks! Should be great.

  • Haha, "bull's milk"

  • Very cool! Can't wait for more WTC :)

  • @aglanceatmyworld Yup! Should be great!

  • I really hope this doesn't truly end at the end of the year. I hope to see this series go on forever! Or at least something similar.

  • @WatchMeSC Well - I set out to do a one year project. So at this point, it will be ending December 31st! But who knows what will happen. :)

  • My personal favorite cheese is Manchego, 12-18 months aged please.

  • @thePowerPlant Manchego is mighty fine cheese. I'm with you!

  • @danieldelaney I think in the next episode you may want to mention terroir, as it is a hip buzz word and has a lot to do with the nuances of what is cheese.

  • @thePowerPlant Good call!

  • so all cheese start out as curds?! I thought those were a finished product. Im from quebec and we eat a lot of that cheese, especially in poutine. Hey, that would make a great WTF: poutine!

  • @PlatypusGuitar Yup! All starts with the curds, and yes, some folks just eat the curds.

  • Bull's milk really?! o.O I was of the notion that cows are the only bovines that produced milk. ;) Looking forward to more cheese knowledge!

  • @SuvinRK Hehe - I jest!

  • Spontaneous cheese! Cheese curds are awesome in poutine. :)

  • @lazyhazycrazy That they are!

  • Spontaneous Cheese!! Can't wait to learn about all the cheeses!

    Mmm I love goats cheese.

So um.... Bulls milk? Last I knew bulls were guys so I'm a little confused.

  • @LittleJawa maybe he ment buffalos. I really don't wanna think about bull's "milk" LOL

  • @faylinameir Haha, me neither.

  • @faylinameir Haha yes. My bad!

  • @LittleJawa They are. I wasn't serious.

  • Congrats!! I'm excited for this little series...

  • @Kissadilla Thanks! Me too!

  • You said, bull's milk! lol!

    :)

Seriously, this cheese series is a great idea!

  • @jdkbriggs Eeww!!! Unfortunately the movie Kingpin thought of that first. The line was: I milk your cow sir(Woody Harrelson then he took a sip of the bucket). What cow? We don't have a cow but we have a bull(Amish dad). I think I'm gonna brush my teeth now(Woody).

  • @chunky1x Hahahahahah! My bad.

  • @jdkbriggs I know! Ahh! Silly me.

  • so informative!

  • @appleby Thanks!

  • CHEESE? COAGULATION? WHAT SORCERY IS THIS?!?!

  • @TwistedAlphonso1 Magic!

  • Nice 101 Daniel, lots of people will appreciate this :) especially foodies, thanks alot!!

  • @EbolRexxi Glad you like it!
