no you dont, imo in cod4 i only used double tap on the w12 and sleight of hand on the other because their basically a 1 hit kill up close and their not made for long range and medium range combat, but i dont know how they work in waw the double barrel makes you screwed if you waste 2 shots and the other one is a pump shotgun

Replacing steady aim with deep impact does enough. By you using double tap on a shot gun it really shows that you need to be able to shoot faster than what is necessary, where if you use stopping power, its one hit KO, not needing double tap. And why the hell would you need double tap on a gun that isn't fully automatic?

double tap makes the animation faster if the gun is a pump shotgun so your able to act faster around multiple targets but double tap doesnt effect semi automatic guns, plus whats the point of using deep impact when it comes to using a shotgun your actually in their face when you use a shotgun not behind a wall

ive been reading comments and heres some answers. 1. snd is best to get xp but only if ur good. 2. dead silence is best perk if ur on pretty much anything,(apart from stuff like domination). p.s nice stats, im 8th prestige 48, my time played is 6days 16 hours an k/d ratio for snd is2.72, im sick of the game now though. i played 6 days in about 2 weeks of it coming out ! ive hardly played it since. MP40 IS WAAAAAY OVERPOWERED !!!!!

It depends on what game mode you're playing. For free for all and S&D it is really useful. For team deathmatch, not as much.

I'm not him but i have a few. 1) camoflauge is a must. chewc2) stg-44 auto-rifle it's noobish but hey, it gets the job done. 3)don't run in, stay low, keep a low profile, and prone, crouch towards objectives
