I'm guessing that to make sure you can import a character from ME2 - ME3 you'll need to make sure certain key/important party members of ME3 don't die in it's prequel.

Complete the "No One Left Behind" achievement and you're almost guaranteed to be able to import your character from ME2 to ME3.

thats because they would already have everything set up in backup files, and would have all character models and environment etc. Also that is possible because it would not be considered out dated graphic and visual wise. Video games take so long because usually because of the platform updates (better visuals and processing and etc) and also because of a need for a totally orignial idea. so if you ppl wanted modern warfare 2 with maybe colour change then yeah infinity could.

it's not confirmed, it's still just a rumor that ps3 would be getting a mass effect port, but some guy debugged the game and it shows a prefix for data that translates for pc, xbox and ps3, it is highly likely that it will happen

yes i know, but the code refers to paragon and renegade specifically, bioware also said that the unreal engine makes it possible for them to port it, but it's up to EA to make the final call, and they are obsessed with money, plus with bioware after making their first ps3 title ever recently, they said they want to work with it again, so far they haven't confirmed or denied, but i would just like to see bioware go multiplatform, i am just happy with being able to play both consoles
