Yes it is horror film, to be more specific a Supernatural, Korean-Horror film. Its about a girl who has a mother (who is a surgeon), all her freinds get surgeries, but they all see something strange when they go under the knife. The they each start turning up dead. So she has to figure whats causing these strange deaths.
