Der Sketch hat nach so vielen Jahren immer noch nichts an Aktualität eingebüßt. Er ist für mich das beste Beispiel, wie man eine ganze Fernsehsendung füllen kann ohne eine einzige sinnvolle Aussage zu tätigen. Das verdeutlich meiner Einschätzung die Anspielung Talkshow = hoho (als unverständliche und "sinnfreie" Äußerung).
Die Inspiration für diesen Sketch bekam Loriot ohne Zweifel von Ernst Jandls berühmtem Gedicht "Ottos Mops": ottos mops trotzt otto: fort mops fort ottos mops hopst fort otto: soso otto holt koks otto holt obst otto horcht otto: mops mops otto hofft ottos mops klopft otto: komm mops komm ottos mops kommt ottos mops kotzt otto: ogottogott

Genau. Die wissen von Atomstrom nur eins: Wenns mal wieder kracht, dann hat "zu keinem Zeitpunkt Gefahr für die Bevölkerung" bestanden.
