  • It was not the 3% that sprang forth the tea party it was the Idea of a Tax...

  • @2xtream I beg to differ. The true reason for the rebellion was because England did not want the Colonies printing their own money. They wanted the Colonies to use money issued by the Bank of England. The tea tax was the straw that broke the camels back.

  • Rabbit-hole.

    There is no State sovereignty.

"We the People" is capitalized, this is the entity to which you are not a party of. You are not signatory to compact nor Posterity thereof.

    Article1section8

    To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;

    Read: Law of Nations

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers

    Define: necessary and proper.

    Exit rabbit-hole...

  • Real men love the constitution and fight for their own / our rights and freedom. Thanks for not rolling over and taking it in the bum.

  • Why is it that every one who talks about this subject sais Civil War. Screw war. We dont need another one. There are options that dont have to do with shooting fellow Americans. Do what we can without fighting, and if it doesnt work then you Consider the Civil War option. SendARope has a very good video here. I agree with everything he sais and if he runs I hope people vote for him I know I would.

  • Very good video. You may not know it but your getting into the roots of the civil war.

  • What brought the great depression to an end is the way we all came together. Now is not the time to be separate and do things our own way. We are all screwed at the moment. Whether the states do their own thing or not, the stock market is messed up and that affects all of us. I believe the best way to overcome such a problem is to come together and work it out. I may not agree with all the policies out there, but I disagree with dealing with all these problems at the state level.

  • Come together? Tell me this: Are you hording big piles of cash? Am I? are the people your know? NO to all of the above. It is not We the people that made this mess and are perpetuating it. It is the government and their meddling policy. There is fear but that fear is only keeping us from spending what we don't have. Spending is what is needed to fix this mess but they are doing everything they can to keep us from doing that. I hope that changes but don't find it likely.

  • Right on! This is NOT the time for coom-by-ya coming together without basis. We need to wake up our neighbors to the injustice being committed. In fact, it does mean taking a stand, holding to solid ground. There will be opposition. We have to get off our duffs and fight it.

  • what ended the depression was an endless line of debt credit introduced by the bretton woods agreement . Loans were pushed like they were after the dergulation under clinton.

  • State sovereignty would protect us from the tyranny the federal government is trying to shove down our throats! If the individual chooses to not take the government healthcare - then it will have the RIGHT to not take it into the state law. It doesn't mean we are seceeding!

  • Tax law was passed 12-25-1913, the federal reserve was adopted into law. The federal reserve is a privately owned bank this has nothing to do with government. The IRS is the pitbill for FED, the kicker Not enough states didn't ratify this bill, but there are many articles in the IRS. It doesn't say anything about having to pay our taxes, but what it states is paying taxes is a voluntary act. If we refuse to pay we go to jail. We the people have been screwed. We need our country back!!!

  • The economy is the vault of everyone, individuals, companies, and government. I doubt that individual states can do more for you then the government can right now. There as broke as you. I for one dont want to be another Ireland and would prefer letting the government do what they can. I dont believe anything will help more than letting it run its Corse.

  • If you think the government can fix anything then you are WRONG! The government would fail at running a brothel that serves booze. They are not the solution they are the problem and so are people like you that think this way. If we keep going this way we WILL see another revolution and it will be much worse than the last one.

  • The reasons I said what I said is because as far as I know the states are mad about the gun control laws, education laws and health care laws that are coming attached with getting their own money back. I think its crap. If it takes the government stepping in to say take care of your people then thats what it takes.

  • It is called socialism or communism or fascism but it is not the representative republic that we have. If you and anyone else needs or wants those things then you have 2 choices...Live FREE or DIE! You can 1 alter the constitution or abolish it or 2 get out of america. Those are the only 2 options. You need to try reading the constitution. The Federal government is a behemoth that has lost control of itself and we lost control of it a long time ago. It is overstepping its constitutional power.

  • Ok, that pic you pointed out was leading up to the American Revolution! I for one dont want to see one in my life time. Two you talked about how much more we pay in taxed but umm... we make more money too. I think whats going on right now is stupid.

  • I was talking about the percentage of money we pay not the dollar amt.

  • Great video. Added it to my favorites. 100% agree with the constitution.

  • Loved your video, I am running for State Representative here in Missouri for 2010. Don't wait to run, start fund raising etc now, we can protect our liberty and the liberty of our neighbors by running ASAP. Also depending on the state there are elections for the central committee positions too, so look into that as well.

  • Nationwide State Rally March 26,2009 at YOUR state capitol.

  • Even if you did win in public office there really isn't much you could change on a national level.

There's a lot of reasons why we are the mess that are in but the

#1 reason is probably because of bad government #2 bad media

  • You can't fix the national level until you fix the local level. If you fix ALL the local levels, then congrats, you just fixed the national level.

  • You can fix it. Tell your state reps to introduce the 10th Amendment Resolution. Then, anything the Feds pass has to be agreed to by the state. Any laws previously passed, Patriot Act, can be repealed. States collect the money and don't send it to Washington. No money, no debate.

  • "Zero Aggression Principle":

A libertarian is a person who believes that no one has the right, under any circumstances, to initiate force against another human being for any reason whatever; nor will a libertarian advocate the initiation of force, or delegate it to anyone else. Those who act consistently with this principle are libertarians, whether they realize it or not. Those who fail to act consistently with it are not libertarians, regardless of what they may claim. L. Neil Smith

  • we have not had a republic for over a hundred years.

  • Nor have we had a truly free market, nor a truly free people, nor true capitalism... I wonder what we would have had if we truly had that... if we could keep it... Jefferson inspired obviously.

  • With real State Sovereignty we can weather this storm, we need to

fight for state rights and oppose unjust fed laws and executive orders

You got my vote bro :) power to the people!

thanks for this (important) Vid post

    your a great patriot :)

  • Republic, Democracy... all the same. Violence and oppression of the many. Seriously Kurt. It is. I used to think that a republic was better but I'm far from sure about that now.

BTW, I like crazy Anarchists ;) Voluntaryists better... so long as they are non-violent (which most are). Zero Aggression Principle applies.

  • I was refering to the stereotypical beatnick looking tats on the hands and neck that we are so used to seeing. Need not apply because the media will destroy that persons chances. The average joe still has a shot at the local level.

  • The taxes we pay a nothing compared to other countries.

  • Arizona State Representatives have introduced HCR 2024 into the first regular session of the Forty-ninth Legislature
