As the owner of a rescue American Bulldog this brought tears to my eyes.

I already have 4 dogs but wish these gorgeous girls all the luck in the future for their forever homes and well done to all involved in their fight and rescue.

The bull breed community is full of gratitude for all you do x

These are very lucky dogs, the old bill stole my 8 year old staffie, cos he nipped someone, and he died 17 days later, of " severe pnuemonia" in police kennels, they burnt him and scattered his ashes, before telling us, so we couldnt do our own post mortem, this DDA law is a disgrace, even worse the old bill are a law unto themselves. R.I.P. Alfie, we miss you so much x

@lee002ish Thanks Lee unfortunately we took it as far as we could, i.e local MP and even the then Home Secretary Jackie Smith, who both advised, the police would close ranks, and we would just get a round £50 compo, we didnt want money, just answers as to WHY, but they burnt poor Alfie before we could do our own autopsy, AND threw his ashes away as he was put in the wrong colour bag used for burning and scattering before we cld get to him, we dearly miss old Alf to this day, V V Sad

The way the breed is bred,and the way the dog is brought up determines how any dog will grow. As with any parent with their child.There will be in every breed one or two who may turn but there are always reasons and how can they say just because of one or two dangerous situations that applies to all the same breeds? When will these so called experts realise this? Thank the Lord for people who are strong like these guys to fight for their lives.Hats off to you all involved.
