While you have watched many episodes of COPS and Law & Order, there is no "cut" or "edit" when you're a police officer serving. lol now what should have happened was after the 2nd or 3rd unit arrived on scene and assessed this situation, one of them should have called in code 4 response so that the other 8 units in route could cancel and go back in service. All them units were not needed after the suspect was in custody lol. They could have been helping someone who really needed help.

(Mostly full moons) When it's something like a missing child, or a drug deal or one that had already gone bad, or taking down an "unarmed, unruly", you hear "on route, on route!" But when it's something like 6 automatic-armed black males carjack in progress, you hear "1016?... NEGATIVE! 916?...NEGATIVE!...DON'T WANT IT", etc., etc. etc.
