Hey Tess! I listened over and over and over again, and it really sounds like "fuhonre hundred degrees. I preheated to 400. nearly smoked out the house in under 6 minutes. Appreciate what you do, but would appreciate more if you included the written recipe..
@zootia Did so! She tapped the kale out of the measuring cup thing, avoiding a total jammed up kale castrophe! Also she stirred a lot and helped check doneness. But the best thing was she was the taste tester, which takes courage. Back in the days of like Robin Hood and stuff the food tester was the most important, because the food could be poisoned by enemies and the tester was a hero, posthumously perhaps, if they found the poison!! In this case there was no poison (whew!) but I'm just sayin!
Made these today with my 15yo daughter and we love them. We are eating them as I type this. My only regret is we should have bought enough kale for three batches. There won't be any for daddy to try when he gets home. (shhh, don't tell him we made them.) ;-)
A tasty way to eat kale is worth its weight in gold. Thank you! (However, I know it's really your sous chef's recipe and you are just not giving her credit.)
I am loving Tess's videos. They are really funny and I am learning a lot. I hope she does more soon! I am going to go to the store and get the ingredients to make these tomorrow for sure.

Do you think you are cooking out a lot of the healthy nutrients by cooking to crispiness?
