  • this will influence the aerobatic performance no doubt - no yaw right?

  • looks great! What hard drive make/model did you get the motor & disks from? The ones I've been tearing apart have motors that are built into the large outer case, instead of being removable.

  • Nice job, and it looks like it works well!

  • Hi, could you try to stabilize around 3 axis with 2 hard drive gyros?

  • @nicotin1978

Yes sure a second disk could be used to stabilize the second or third axis. In this case it is a matter of how much additional wight can I lift with the copter. The current gimbal is around 250g.

  • @pepoloe Many thanks......a memorable clip and music!

  • amazing! price of this hexacopter and stabilizer? i need the data ;)

  • @BedededeII

A Hexacopter fully equipped with GPS in my configuration cost around 1800 Euro, not including Transmitter and other equipment. The stabilizer is self made out of a defective hard disk drive > 0 cost in this case, you just need one additional brushless controller to power up the motor. Another important part is the anti vibration mount of the Gopro camera using Alpha Gel pads.

  • @pepoloe thanks for the info frienddd, good day.

  • Cool.
