Wow! this is loud. But I sure do love it.....Maybe if things go the right way this year we'll make a special trip to Philly just to come enjoy it and take in the city once again. Philly sure is wonderful during the holidays....It would be a shame to loose the light show.
That used to be so much more impressive, there were dancing fountains at the base and there was a HUGE multicolored chirstmas tree in the middle. Used to go there as a child every year. Was run by an ancient relay system. Really cool.
This was 2006, before the complete rebuild.

there is no tree at this showing. does anybody have the orginal announcer doing it?

It looks like the big xmas tree is broken this showing since it is still there (I saw it this xmas) but the fountains are no longer there.
