@Magicklemim96 My friend, its very easy no matter what country you live in. You can use a simple camera and car parts to make it , I have had bad experiences with computer "tech" aura reading , what it does it takes a kirlian Photo of your finger and the program mixes it with the live feed of the webcam. No WEBCAM can catch such a good F/stop like a normal "manual" camera or a relative modern digital camera film. This is crap my frend, you can belive me , ive been doing it for 15 years now.
