I chose the samsung galaxy s 2 because when looking at the 3d phone yeah it looked cool but it only works from a certain angle so its not exactly convienient and also kinda hurt my eyes a bit, dont know if that helps

I think when this technology is more widely used, it's going to be awesome. Phones won't just be flat anymore, everything looks better in 3d. I had your viewpoint before, but after seeing and using it, I see the appeal.

@Mikorkor cause 3D doesn't work just getting a piece of 3D frame and paste it on the screen. 3D involve on studying the pixel of the LCD, resolution and create the parallax barrier lens which is the same as the glasses u wear in 3D movies. You have to do an image shifting depending on the views the engineer want it to be, involve depth detection, segmentation and much more. I'm currently doing a project on 3D autostereoscopic on iPhones and it is not that easy as what u think it is.

A friend of mine was looking to buy this phone (ex iphone user liked the novelty of it) He quite liked the 3d effect the phone gave, i personally couldn't stand looking at it, it was giving me a terrible headache and the whole image was so blurry to me. Important thing for anyone looking to buy one you must bare that in mind you might not be able to see the 3d properly, giving you an expensive phone where you can't use the main selling point to it's advantage.
