Omg this song used to irritate the hell out of me when I heard it on the radio in South Africa but cos I havent heard it in yrs its not so bad but still annoying. lol. I was reading it sold 650k in France so not bad. Anyway half nice South African pop song.
This is a brilliant song that comes out of the anti-apartheid movement in south africa in the 1980s. I don't understand what the gay pictures have to do with it, but I'm glad that someone has kept this great song alive!
@culdine I agree! I'm a South African who grew up during the apartheid era & the South African/South West African/Angolan bush wars where thousands of people were brutally killed. This was a protest song by a fellow South African artist against the system. It is not a romantic song & has nothing to do with anybody's sexuality!
