I have read that it is actually better to shower every other day rather than every day. I forgot the reason they gave but it seemed logical when I read it. Has anyone else heard that? I think I read it from some health magazine.
You can avoid showers and stuff, but remember - just because someone is polite and won't tell you to your face that you stink, doesn't mean that nobody has noticed. I see it at work from time to time, and it ain't fun.
geesh bubba i'm so so with you on the chemistry hatin. it ruined and eliminated any occupation that required any degree with many sciences in it. i hated it in high school so i avoided it like it was crabs. i instead to a geology sequence thinkin how hard can studying rocks be. well those 2 semesters werent the cake walk i thought it to be. since u r a psych major being it is 1 of the 4 social sciences, i don't remember how man sciences are required for that B.S.but geography i hear is best bet
that's really cool...I thought about being a psych major and dealing with all the mental disorders (ocd, bipolar disorder schyzophrenia (sp?), all those kinds of things) but, I've decided to double major in math and theatre and get at least a masters in both...lots of school for me!
i'm a high school senior and i'm not planning on majoring in psychology, but i work with trouble teenagers twice a week at a mental institute near my house. it's truly amazing how sweet and warm those kids can be, yet the part of them don't make them look like they are. i think you are going to enjoy working with teenagers. good luck with everything! and you seem like a very responsible friend for dropping your friends off at a club and picking them up.

Psychology is way more fun than psychiatry. I'm a Business major with a double minor in management and psychology. I double minored just so I could have psychology classes and so I cold be in college that much longer. Too bad it all ends next week...If I could triple minor I would. Gotta graduate though.

I know it's better to wash your hair every other day because the oils are healthy for it. Idk about the showering thing, though.
