The amazon type chicks are almost entirely naked, there's lots of blood, gore, decapitations, electrocution, burning, etc, throughout the game; There's all kinds of swearing (during the cinematics especially... the intro says "stupid motherfucking piece of shit", I believe).

I would say this game is the most original game I've played in a long time, borrowing parts of all games and throwing in the heavy metal concept made this one of my favorite games. Way underrated and if you haven't played it pick up a copy should be pretty cheap by now. Btw WTF do slipknot and mudvayne have to do with this game?
