Smedley Butler was a Marine, not a soldier, and there have been 19 Medal of Honor double recipients in the history of the Medal of Honor.

It's not the VIDEO MAKER's choice. I have read multiple reports that James Hooker (who created and uploaded this video) is very upset with the labeling. Individual YOUTUBE account holders can report that they feel videos have objectionable content and then YOUTUBE choses which videos get labeled this way.
