I think the graves are the people that lived there when she decided she wanted it as a hide out, and the squirrel pelts are just part of what mountain people do; hunt game, eat the meat and use/sell the fur. The wiki says Catalina suffers from a persecution complex due to the cruel treatment she received from her stepfather. I'm gonna guess those graves are her stepfather, stepbrother, and mother(or possibly another sibling?) And that house is probably the one she grew up in.

1.the circles on the windows are the wholes from bullets that she used to kill her 3 EX´s.

2.The bullets explain why is there 3 Graves and shovel...she used the shovel to bury her EX´s.

3.The Truck is from an EX and maybe she burned the car after killing and bury him...
