Specifically, for an A-rank excavation, you need to excavate it within 1 minute 30 seconds with around 97-100% damage.

I've excavated all fossils with A-rank, so I have a bit of experience.

Um I'm getting this game. Does a perfect extraction help the actual spectrobe, like ability and such, or is it just a score?

@PanteraSasuke A perfect extraction adds an higher level to your spectrobe, anyway after an excavation your spectrobe maximum level can't be over your own level.

For example if your own level is 10, doing a perfect extraction will give you a level 10 spectrobe

@animewolfOtakuwolf there's no time limit for a perfect extraction? the last game I played of spectrobes, I had to nail the extractions 100% in 1 minute... so..there's no limit in this one? or is it just extended?

i got lucky, i found gorz and maya on my first try, i also got every weapon i think, but i am not sure, just proves that even if your luck is bad most of the time you can still get lucky sometimes.

However the fossils drop rates are very random so i can only suggest you to look in there until you don't find one ^^;

i got a maya fossil and when i extracted it, it was a lvl 32

@mysticjosh3 The level depends on the extraction evaluation, higher evaluation = higher level (if you get an A evaluation the spectrobe will be the same level as you)

And keep looking in the desert ruins or in the desert itself for Gorz, is rare to find one but is there

Instead swinging the wiimote SHAKE the wiimote, in this way you make small but very fast movements and your hammer hits faster... like that ^^

Depends about the kind of cheats you're talking about, in this game there are unlockables, but nothing like an "Invincibility" for example

i have some thing that is unlock exclusive spectrobes but i don't know how to use it

Depends about which ones are you talking about, some ones can be unlocked using the "trading cards" you find with the game (or some "pages" there are in the european booklet), the golden and silver Komainu unlock when you complete the game and you have seen all the "normal" spectrobes, and the Golden Leopuba and Silver Rygazelle unlock if you have the Nintendo DS game "Spectrobes: beyond the portals"

@animewolfOtakuwolf Ah yes. I found out I was doing something really wrong. I just did it today. After I found my Ryza at Shining Plaza I went to spam all my minerals on him. He came up to a level 41 from 30.... I used like 500 minerals. Ah well. Heres my team now.
