In comparison in Ga the state budget is $16billion with pop 9,363,941/ mass. population is 6,427,137.

They couldn't expand it with Mitt in office because he was conservative. People without insurance would show up to emergency rooms without insurance and then everybody else had to fit the bill. So, Romney did the conservative thing and promoted personal responsibility. You MUST get your own insurance. Only the really poor got some help.
