  • We have had four offers for short sale, all with decreasing sale prices. We are told we forgot a part of the paper work and other bullshit lies to post pone approval. The first approval took six months, three months after the offer had been withdrawn due to the time. Our last offer was recieved in Oct. 2010. We had to start over from scratch last week because Aurora had us fill out the wrong paper work, it wasn't the HAFA paperwork we needed, and we only filled out what they gave us.
