Birth Center Tour at UCSF Medical Center

i met Sabrina at Alta Bates Perinatal. She recommended I go here. I am SO glad that she told me about UCSF! I thought my only option for a center like this was UC Davis! I could not get in for Pre-natal care so late in my pregnancy, but am told if I just show up at UCSF and am dialated that they have to take me, so that is my plan. A little scary, not being pre-registered, but at least I am getting to go where I want.

I get to go on my walk tour here soon in October so I can have my son in November here I can't wait it's so nice here and the staff are so friendly if you have medi-cal and live in the SF area DO NOT go to General Hospital go to UCSF medi-cal will pay for everything General Hospital is a shitty place 4 thumbs down and 4 thumbs up for UCSF :]

I'm impressed. I wish Kaiser was like this. It seems you provide options for laboring mothers that Kaiser has never even considered or bothered to consider. If Kaiser was like this, I would not be concerned for my delivery coming up in April.
