Over 25years ago when I was in Thailand, I heard this song. I was told that a very famous singer name Teresa sang this song. I have no idea was Teresa Teng. I have been looking for this song for a long long time. Finally found it. Sadly, (no offense) I don't think it's the one I listened before.
