I recently found Gtdagenda and I think it fits perfectly with GTD. It has goals, projects and tasks, contexts, next actions, checklists, schedules and a simple calendar.
... to the toolbar. I use this to quickly switch between my custom perspectives.
3. OmniFocus has a toolbar button named "Clean Up." This might save you from having to close/reopen a perspective to get a checked item to disappear. The keyboard shortcut is CMD-K.
Great video. Ken Case just twittered the link, so I'm sure you'll be seeing a BUNCH of traffic in the next few hours.
Three quick notes:
1. You can assign custom icons to each of your self-made perspectives. In the perspective window, if you select your perspective, you can paste a new icon in to the icon box on the left near the bottom. This is of note because,
2. You can drop toolbar buttons for specific perspectives. Right click on the toolbar and drag the custom perspective ...
AHhhh the panning window. Horrible isn't it. I'm using a capture app called ishowu. It has the option to follow the mouse and use a smaller capture aria. If i captured the full screen, i would have to scale down the vid and you wouldn't be able to see on youtube.
Thanks a lot :) Not sure exactly what you mean by not all actions showing there flags. If you make a flagged only perspective, it should only show actions that have flags. If the flag is grayed out, it means you have flagged the whole project, so the action inherits the projects flag, but is not individually editable. Hope that makes sense.
Really helpful! Making a good to-do list was really holding back my love of Omnifocus - game back on!

actually you can use Apple + K as a keyboard shortcut to execute "clean up". probably the easiest way to refresh without open/closing.
