Is there any app that allow a direct GSM/UMTS mobile connection like p2p between two (or more) cell phones without provider networks?? (no wifi, BT...)

@NinjaTTT Of course not. GSM relies on Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and the only way to allow direct communications would be through BT or wi-fi.

Very interesting, except tikl app has been around longer, and difficult to add all your friends, then add them all again on a new app for push to talk
