its much easier to just snipe the sheik dude after killing shmutz in the bathroom and taking out that other guys room cuz then you can get his fone and call the sheik, who will go to the roof alone

i put a mine in a certain area(where he walks after getting his drink)go to elevetor (detonate mine) then kill the 2nd guy (strangle) go to lobby and just go crazy on last guy ;) then excape about 5~7min

There's really no point to this method. Okay if you don't mind waiting for a while. but there are cleaner methods like strangling the 2 guys in the elevators then go to 8th floor, set off the fire alarm and get into the sheiks room. ring him and then snipe from the balcony him when he comes out.

heh thats exactly what I do. Except half the time I don't get to the elevator on time to strangle the second guy so I follow him back to his room and kill him there.

go to the elavator on the left and two of your targets get on one by one. so get in the latch and its an easy two kils
