may be i can answer this Q, is depend the person, some people get anergey, they be come active,like u taking durgs, cuz the next day if u dont have qat ,u be come crazy ,some after they take off the qat , they feel relax ,some they start to think about crazy ideas , like to go to the moon ,some start play with thier hair as baby, but some people dosn't change any thing is the same like drinking doffee, but the bad about qat is for sure u lose ur apity for food.
