The requirements to be met to work at A&F is simply a good personality and a fresh youthful and attractive look. Brand Representative Associates are called "Models" the people who are on the floor to help customers or ringing at register.

When hiring, they especially love people who have good senses of humor and who are outspoken, outgoing, etc. Smiles are everything too.

If you payed attention to the video, any article of clothes the models are wearing are from Abercrombie & Fitch. And even though the models aren't wearing much clothes, they represent something greater than the brand A&F and the clothes itself. The models represent the restless, radiant and beautiful spirits of young people in America. It's a lifestyle, a life of it's own. So the fact they aren't even wearing clothes doesn't matter. Freedom, inhibition, youth, beauty, attraction & great clothes

I agree with you, but I mean their clothes do come up to XXL and maybe even XXXL.

This brand is chiefly targeted to collegiate consumers. They assume the consumers are fit and active.
