to be truthful, I liked yours better than Beyonce's or Christina's versions even though they (needless to say) have impeccable technique. But they don't me feel "wrapped in clover" like Etta and - occasionally - you did. I think there'll be great things for you in the future if music is what you choose to do. Best of luck!

work on your phrasing and strengthen your diaphram so you can hold notes. Practice the doe-reh-me-fa-so-la-ti-doe scale. You have a developing tone, but with a voice coach you will develope your ear. Good job. Practice holding notes for a period of time say 5 to 10 seconds to get the tone and develope the diaphram before you start trying to rift

Not bad. Be humble enough to get some help from a singing coach. Your voice is nice, with a good edge to it but you execution is sloppy and lacks control. If you sing from your diaphragm (Push with your belly, squeeze the lyrics out like toothpaste) you'll find your voice will stay on the note better. Where headphones and monitor yourself. Nice effort. :-)

Your not on pitch, but you have potential cause you trying to sing period. listen to everyone who has sung this song before you. You'll know your singing it right when you actually might or do cry while singing the song. You need air..go run around the block get your lungs stronger. Your voice is not going to magically get better in a few years, u have work to do, alot.

Has potential....But definitely same as cindy925ya - lazy style. Maybe your voice just needs time to develop?? Just listen to the timbre of Etta's voice, its clean but husky, adds to the song. Keep going though! Just remember the diaphragm!  It'll give you everything if you use it! If you're self-taught, invest in 'The Melba Method' and 'Marchesi' - amazing books of exercises you can use to increase strength and control!

Some people are so rude! You have a beautiful voice and sing with feeling which is gorgeous to hear. If you would like some honest feedback, you do need to learn to control your vibrato to give the ends of phrases and notes more polish.

That said, you have a lovely tone to your voice and with a bit of practice you could be a pro girl!
