Hi! I wonder - Is it noisy at all? Thinking on using it on my studio!

The dock itself doesn't make any noise. Some drives are noisier than others, but it's pretty quiet with my Hitachi and Seagate drives - you can hear them but they're quieter than the computer the dock is plugged into.

Thanks! Did you try the FW800? Do you think it will be as fast as a regular enclosure?
