I didn't say that they are better musicians, I just said it was more elaborate, in Realm's cover you just have a chord progression, nothing special. (Well, except for the solo of course.) This version is more original in its construction, riffs, while still being quite close to the original.

(On, and I'm not fond of this kind of voice they use in Realm, but that's just me and I know it's common for the genre.)

@Seligsuper I don't know what radio station you're listening to, but around here, you would have a better chance of hearing thrash bullshit like Realm on KBPI than Rest Among Ruins. And if you're not hearing the talent in this version- as in the eccentric guitarwork that marks all their songs- then you're either deaf or lying.

@masterofmetallica09 Yeah I guess they have talent, but this version doesn't suck at all. I think it's far better because it has kept the actual mood of the song, with a little melancholy in it that the voice rends perfectly imo. In the thrash version, you don't have that at all, they have kept the melody and that's it.

And I would even say that the musicianship is more elaborate in this version. So Realm's version's got nothing for itself against RAR's.
