Great stuff man, is your idea make a real car simulator? i hope it be im a hardcore simmer. i do 3d modelling (cars) i been modding for some simulators and i would love to help u with cars if u need them, i would be proud. if u are intrested just let me know :)

My intention is to make it rather realistic, yes. You could check the "rigid racing 3" demo for an idea of what the predecessor was like.

I'm not necessarily going for a full-on hardcore simulation like LFS & friends, but one of the main sources of inspiration for handling and gameplay is GPL, so I don't want to settle for a squishy arcade feel.

I plan on doing most or all of the content myself, but it couldn't hurt to have a few more cars in a demo, so I'll try to keep you posted.

Wow, I've been wanting to add 3D ability and graphics to my car simulator, but never had the time.

Your's is really cool, I like the physics. What language did you program in?
