the moving thing is for beginners, in real doubles, theres not a lot of time so ppl juz split step instead.

why he dont move his left foot to the front while he hits by the right side??

He's just hitting warm-up volleys so he doesn't really want to move in too much. Stepping into your volleys is still the proper form during match play though, since you want to continue moving in to close off the net.

the ball is already moving with a lot of pace, so if he hits it cleanly, he doesnt need to step into the ball
