That`s called the Point. Very deep. There are supposed to be two American amphibious(sp) tanks from the war out in the water there. They were testing them prior to D Day and they didnt float as well as expected so that sank.

Did you go for a dip in the water? I used to live in Kinloss as a kid and we'd ride our bikes to this exact spot. It was the longest beach I have seen but was always empty.
