Sorry not good enough. Do you know what song is this about? This song is about thanksgiving and humility before God. It is written in psalms.
This is a song of worship, not a choir song. It is an outpouring of the heart to God's immense goodness in our lives. It is a song for a broken and a contrite heart, for those who were divinely healed for those who were delivered from debt, for those who's hearts were mended by God.
We sang this at my school 50 years ago before lunch as a round, each table coming in in succession. It took a long time, and we were hungry. However, as the age range was from 11 - 16 years, it was a great achievement. Wonderful memories.
@CheyeCheye98 If u r a really good singer u would b an sopralto.. meaning you can hit notes even in a tenor range to almost the end of the piano keys for sorprano. my voice has a wide range of almost 4 octaves
@AmalenesingsMiller Oh our advanced womans choir is mostly juniors :) this song is really amazing tho especially when u have a lot of voice that have matured and have the "dark" sound to them. really makes a piece like this stand out
This version was published anonymously in three 17th century collections the earliest around 1620. The text has been in print since Thanksgiving after the 1605 Gunpowder Plot.
The earliest attribution to a specific composer was made as late as 1715 to Thomas Morley with others attributing it to William Byrd in 1731 and Pergolesi in 1739.
Whomever its composer was, this canon is known to have been admired by Mozart and Beethoven!!!
This choir has so much talent that needs to be addressed. The sound is so pure and if you just work on vowels and blending you would make the song 10x better!
Very well done !! I prefer men version ( cause the gregorian I mean ) but it was awesome :)

It must be sung, from the depths of your heart.
