learn more about the dishes & names dude. you totally just butchered everything. lau lau - pork butt and salt cod (not chicken) wrapped in luau leaves (not banana leaves) lomi lomi salmon - salt cured salmon (not raw salmon) with diced tomatoes,onion & scallions. hapio? "haupia" coconut desert. beef jerky? pota koki koki la something? lol. its called "pipikaula.
I love seeing the food and yes its goooood !! Living here in Vegas there are lots of Hawaiians who brought their expertise that makes me happy .
