  • I wore out my parents' 45 record of this song. I was just fascinated by it — and still am. Love the Typewriter song, too.

  • It was the opening ditty for a kids early TV show and used as the original countdown timer maybe.

  • @beautydogg I remember as a kid in the early 60's a show called "Randy Dandy" (it may have been from Canada-we used to get Canadian stations) that used this as their theme. Catchy, isn't it?

  • Yha Hoo clocks will rule

  • This is the version that I will always remember..it's the arrangement of"Syncopated Clock"that was used for WCBS TV Ch.2 NYC's"Early Show" and"Late Show"(The old movie shows..not those damn, lousey tv talk shows).

  • @TheStanbabe In the 1970's, the Canadian sketch comedy show also used it as the theme to their Late Night movies with Moe Green which was a parody of those type of shows you mentioned. Good times!

  • @TheStanbabe This tune was also used for the Late Show Movies on WCAU TV Channel 10 in Philadelphia.

  • This was in use in a BBC radio programme; can't remember what. All rather fun then and now. Well done.
