Better Places electric vehicles land in Israel

Hello, does everyone see where this is going : battery cant be charged any where eccept certain places ,and all of a sudden the electricity in the car batterys becomes the most expensive electricity in the world . The resone cars still run on gas is so govenments can tax the crap out of people. Electric cars are not going to fly here in canada unless they can make shur i cant fill up with a hand crank generator.

Like how reporter refers to Better Place as 'the developers' (as opposed the manufacturer). As if they're more software than hardware which compared to an ICE car is true given the smart charging network and way they got industry to make new tech for them ('outside-the-sq') which will be very disruptive for existing players.
