You know alot of people don't realize, that Amare Stoudemire, and Dwight Howard are both about the same height between 6'10 to about 6'11. Amare is a way more polished offensive player then Dwight is, so it is best that he plays the power foward position because of his versatility. Dwight is a solid defender, but not extremely gifted offensively so it's best that he plays at the center position so if you look at both players overall one can honestly say that Amare is actually a bit better.

except amare can't defend at all if you actually watch the games. blocks does not necessary mean he is a good defender. the fact is dwight probably can guard amare but amare probably can't guard dwight even with dwight's limited offensive abilities.
