I remember this game. It's all about air superiority. The interesting thing is if you fly low enough over the water, the fish will automatically get you.

When he pops an enemy balloon and the bird lands on the ground the sound effect is identical to the one in Metroid when Samus places a bomb (also I think when you enter a character in the Metroid password screen)

Love this game! I never played this as a kid but for some odd reason this game takes me back to my childhood. When I see the first generation of NES games, I know this is pure nostalgia! Cute graphics too!
