These types of storms cause the need for shelter to be even more important. I am very sad and concerned for all the flood victims in India, the Phillipines, and Samoa (tsuanamis). God bless you, Allan. It will always amaze me how a French man hopped a plane and went into regions like this for souls.

I am very sorry to hear about all the flooding and devastations in this region recently. As this video indicates, the region appears to be prone to this type of severe weather.
