stop saying "mad cool" it sounds so lame....Dr. Smith's diet works great. I've lost 18 pounds pretty quickly. Being able to snack on good stuff really works...
i agree people need to eat a little sweet in there plan or they will give up. i eat one scoop of ice cream every two week and it totally rocks and i have lost 20 pounds in 17 days.
He says "people won't stick to a program if they can't eat the food they want" I say "CHANGE the food you want." replace junk with natures food: 50% fruit, 30% veggies, 20% nuts, beans quinoa, millet and rice.

to stop overeating the bad stuff is to stop EATING the bad stuff. "you can't eat just one chip; so don't eat any....don't buy them, don't even go down that isle at the store.
@NotMyBirthday No harm can come from trying. It worked for me. out of site, out of mind No 12 step program is needed. People have quit hard drugs this way - we're talkin food.
@Gary1111001 Hey, if that works for you then fins but I will not just suddenly stop eating bad food. Also what exactly is bad food. Junk food? Food with a lot of calories? I know how I got overweight. I started college and was more focused on school, then I was on working out.
Also comparing food to drugs is crazy because if you stop eating, you will die. your body goes into starvation mode. It eats your fat and your muscles. That's not healthy one bit.
