Thank's for bringing to attention. Bureacracies come in different forms, are they all bound to rob us of our freedoms? If all governmental bureacracies fail, then there is no hope, ever. Now, this may be true, no bureacracies throughout history have endured. In fact, the bureacracies in place now are extremely dysfunctional and mirror systems so complex that criminal behaviour remains undiscovered until far to late.
