Cute, but I would lined up all the seams to match the outside striped. Secondly, I would've added a 1/2 inch of elastic to the top (the sew-on, fold over and re-stitch method), so that I wouldn't spend the rest of the time I'm wearing it, tugging at it to keep it up. Nice concept for the leftover sleeves too, only I would've just made it a shorter-sleeve version.
