EmeeLav, the TheJardena is right, I uses to bite my nails AAALL the time, but I went to a party at a spa and got my nails really nicely done, and I didn't want to ruin them ssoooo....

I didn't bite them! And I havnt since coz it's really nice having long nails!!

@esmeelav I am sure you have heard this before, t wear nail polish, you'll have a tendency to not want to bite them then, even if it's clear polish. Or wear hand cream, your fingers will "taste bad" and you wont want them in your mouth.
