@GREATGAIWAIN Its a Hetalia reference. England has a song called the marshmallow song, and its melody sounds like this, and when he sings it the song sounds demonic in nature. So The character America freaks out and feels like they are summoning the devil, seeing as England has an affinity with the occult. AND he hates France so his song sounding like this melody and sounding demonic as well is an insult to France but a triumph for England since he hates him. XD Hope that cleared it up for you.~
