Anyways, great job with survival on this mini game. Mario Party 6 is my favorite out of the eight. (Eleven if you count "Mario Party e" and the handheld games)

At Boo and Toad, the spike pillar is turning counter-clockwise, they are standing at the left side, but when they got hit then they fly to the northern side!

im not sure if this is mario party but there's this mini game where you have cones and ice cream drop from the sky(you can tell where the ice creams land by the shadow)whoever gets the most ice cream wins which game is this?

In this mini-game you have to plan ahead of time! Should be no surprise considering how the Japanese think. If you were making good jumps before but in the end your position was bad then you're gonna slip in the end.

When the pillar moves faster, you actually have to move a little since there is a little wait you need to do after you land from a jump. Sometimes, that wait may be too long, and you will hit the pillar. That's why you have to move at some points, because some places allow you more time to recover from the last jump before the pillar comes and hit you.
