LOL. Are you kidding? Bagpipes cost at least 800 pounds if you want anything that isn't worthless junk. It's like paying 20 p and thinking you will get silk, then get sandpaper. Also, the same is true with kilts. A full suit that isn't made of trash is at least near 1 grand.

yeah you are right. but i went to Edinburgh 3 weeks ago and bought a kilt right from there, which cost me £70. it might not be the best but does the job. but bagpipes started from £300. i dont know the quality of them but it looked as they r alright.

The staff is called a mace and is carried by the drum Major, the pipe major is usually in the first line of pipers on the right, sometimes the pipe major will march on the right separate from the others but in the front line, cheers.
