just like in brawl the boomerang is ur best friend it can kill bats rats and birds and even the imps with pitchforks ^_^

with other enemies i have a system:

Stun with boomerang

Steal with grappling hook

Slice and dice

it nvr fails or since ive beaten the game already just use light arrows theyre instant killers to every enemy ^_^
